From Seesaw to Glider
Finding Balance in a Discordant World

When you find yourself in the ups and downs, know this:

if you are in the down, you will come up. It is impossible for you not to. And when you are in the up, simply remind yourself to seek balance.
In most humans is still stored, within the recesses of their being, the idea of extreme polarity. If you will seek to find this polarity, bring it into balance, and organize your inner world along the lines of divinely structured energetic molecular balance, you will find the days of the seesaw will turn into the day of the glider, where you are moving back and forth and all along the same plane of existence but in harmony, in organized harmony.
This will still allow you to experience that which you desire and will allow you to avoid that which you do not.
Look into the mirror often and remind yourself of these words. By looking into the mirror, you will see into that energetic self that loves you, that waits for you to program it and give it its daily experience, just as an animal waits to learn
to do tricks or to learn what you expect of it.
That is the Inner Wisdom that you can see in your eyes when you look into the mirror.
Talk to it.
Remind it.
Love it.
Thank it.
Be grateful.
And give it the plan for your day.
If you give yourself definite structure within your day, you will find yourself, over time, that you become very, very fluid and very, very harmonious.
So be it.
